black 1968 stingray fastback ramshorn

I have a chance to buy this beautiful bike. its all original exept the krate sissy bar added by dealer and it has black grips rather than the griptape. anybody know what this bike is worth. He is asking alot for it. what would a fair price for this bike be. I know its rare and its in about 9 out of 10 condition. thanks guys.

I don't know their worth, but someone was trying to sell one in Savannah for $1200 then $900.

He tells me it is worth $1500 he is not asking that much, but is this in the ballpark somewhere?
