i needed the chain guide because the seat stay turned chain stay was errrrrr in the wrong position i was worried at first the deraileur wheels were too flimsy but actually the load on them isn't that big and everything works fine when test riding! i can still change them for better ones or use a single sprocket/freewheel i have lying round.

Can ya post a close-up of your chain tensioners...Im building a stretch and may have to do something like that.

thats one wild ride, and i dig it. its probably a good thing i don't have a welder to do all this cool stuff, cuz my wife would probably never see me again.
