Black Knight frame with pics

I bought today this "bike", missing the rear wheel, both fenders and chain guard are good for scrap,
but the frame looks nice, badge "Black Knight" (the fork is bent too).
Anybody heard about this bike?
At Wikipedia says that was a British company who made motorcycles in 1954-1955, nothing about bikes.

The frame looks like a balloon tire frame from the wide opening below the fender bridge. Looks like a neat frame. The fork, however, looks like it came off of a lightweight bike with hand brakes. The seat is very similar to the ones that came on Schwinn Panthers. Looks like a great seat to restore/recover with leather. Nice finds! Gary

I believe that's a Ben hur , black knight bicycle - made early 60's by western flyer - I could be wrong
