Do Bolt on disc tabs exist?
I would love to run some disc brakes on my worksman frames. I know I could just weld a tab on, But then that would lead to the next problem...A welder.

What if it was really basic? Sheet metal clamped on.

Kinds like this:

0=Frame
|<tab holes here.

If you fabbed your own brackets and prepped everything I bet your local weld shop would weld them for next to nothing. It would take about 30 seconds once everything was made and prepped.
Getting a welder was one of my best investments in my hobbies.

Looks like Chaingang has the billet adapter in stock. How about some sort of drop out extension that has the brake mounting holes in it? You could then bolt it to the frame drop out. I got the drawings/dimensions for the PM and ISO brake mounts from Hayes web site. They might still be on there. As always let us know how it pans out.
