Bottom Bracket

So I'm assuming that my late 40's CWC Roadmaster doesn't have a sealed bottom bracket. I've noticed that when I ride it I get a little crunching sound that I believe is from the bottom bracket. Are there any good videos or step by step instructions on how to take one of these apart and rebuild it? I would like to start with this and then go on to rebuilding my New Departure hub. I don't think either has had any maintenance in many years.
