Well I think I finally diagnosed my two speed problem. This is what I believe they call the planetary set. Notice the crack causing the small gear to wobble. The bearing surface above that is also quite galled. Im sure the bearings are not going around smoothly. If anybody has this piece I would be really happy to purchase it.
