Budget build

[262paulw]

Started out as a 24-20 eliminator that was found in a barn, wasn't much left.
Sandblasted, rust converter, epoxy primer, paint, metal flake and clear.
Changed over to 10 speed from an old schwinn varsity, schwinn occ chopper forks, 24 x 2.125 rear tire and 20 x 1.5 front. Most parts from swap meets.
