Made more progress on the Rocky-teer helmet trophy today.
Picked up these metal letters from the dollar store
I plan on using them on the helmet with ROCKY on the back and 16 (for BO16) on the side.
I have some satin colonial red which I think will be a decent match for the red on Rocky.
I probably should have waited on the paint because we have some storm clouds rolling in. I can tell it went on a little runny. I'll fix that with sanding before the next coat this week. I sanded and cleaned up the helmet, but decided to wait for better conditions to paint it.
