Buzzer Horn

I saw this in an antique shop. The tag said "bicycle horn". The bracket and lever used to push the activate the horn makes me wonder if it was off some type of industrial machine, maybe used as a warning device. Any answers out there?

I'm thinking that someone is guessing what it is,was. I"m thinking perhaps for a horse and wagon or a car horn.

didn't see any identification other than "15414".
