Caliper on tube fork question

I'm about to show my lack of knowledge. Can I mount a caliper brake on this fork? Is there an adapter to accommodate the round shape of the fork as opposed to the flat on my Schwinn forks?

Caliper brakes usually have a curved spacer

You just need the parts circled in red. This is a set from Porkchopbmx. You can probably find the washer sold individually is you search long enough.

Yes you can. There is a mounting hole in the for specifically for mounting brakes. from looking at the pictures it looks like these forks had brakes mounted on them at one time.
