I am in need of a skip tooth chain in any condition as long as it moves for cheap really cheap I have a bike with skip tooth sprockets and no chain Im desperate the thing is ready to role besides that

wow thats spendy for me but thanks for posting it wish I could just swap out the rear sprocket but cant get it off lol

haha what kind of hub is it? if its new departure, you can take off the back sprocket and swap it out. but if its bendix or some other brand, they are attached with a snap ring, and the flange they go onto is much thicker for the thicker sprocket, for the thicker chain. the nd hubs have lock rings you can get off with pipe pliers, just rotate the lock ring like this: lefty tighty rightey loosey(its backwards threads so pedaling the bike wont make the sprocket come off)

ok heres the rear sprocket and where can I get a sprocket that will work for regular chains

well, that sprocket right there is for regluar chains, not skiptooth. i have a hub just like that on one of my bikes. oh and the chain should fit on there just fine. if the chain doesnt line up properly, try taking off the cog and flip it around( take a very small flat head screwdriver, and push it in around the snap ring and pry it out) the snap ring is that ring on the cog that has a peice missing.

oh and thats definitly a CWC(cleveland Welding Co) frame. i have one like that too, and im thinking yours is a 24" too. early to mid fifties frame.

oh so thats why it dont fit it needs turned around? cool Ill try to get it off tomorrow and Ill flip it

yes the frame is a 24" if only i could weld Id weld a brake bridge on it and put soem freewheel rear wheel on and use hand brakes LOL

yep. problem solved, and you dont need to buy a 40 buck chain.

pshh. coaster brake for me all the way. its the only way to do a cruiser man. unless its klunker it cant have hand brakes.

so what do you think of the schwinn
i like. i would paint the fork to match the frame, and ditch the rack and basket(but you probably put those on there for a practical reason, so they can stay  ) its an older schwinn, can you find a serial number? try looking on the headtube at the bottom left, or on the left dropout.

if youre going for rideabilty and low buck ditch the skip and swap the chain ring/cog to a standard 1/2 drive front and rear since you can get those chains for about $10 and a chain ring for about the same(both are new prices)

Standard 1/2" x 1/8" chain is what you need, if your chain's not fitting over the cogs, you might have a 3/32" 10-spd chain. I think a Phantom tank should fit that Schwinn.
