This ladies bike was a recent find. It is pretty cool and has awesome extras. I just can't figure out what it is. I can make out some parts of letters and numbers on the chain guard

Evans bought Colson in the early 50s. This one is probably 58-61ish. They stopped building bikes in 62. The deluxe bikes had a higher #, so your Viscount 700 is just a notch below the top 800 line. -Adam
