Can someone ID this dyno?

Trying to figure the whens and where on this Dyno Glide Deluxe. I had to buy it in a his and hers package deal to get the bike I wanted for my wife. any help would be awesome.

I'm not sure about the whens yet. I have a frame exactly like that one, not very many of the yellow/red/black ones to be found.
Underneath the pedals/crank area, flip the bike over, what does the serial # read on the bottom of the bike? That will narrow down the "whens".
It's a very good looking bike.
