Found this CCM but 19 does not fit in the normal serial number database. Anyone seen anything like this?

is there a number anywhere else on it, the ccm bikes ive seen that go off that list usually had bolt on rear seat stays...

found this on the ccm forums too

I'd appreciate the serial number, when you can get to it. Just be aware that some of these late 1970s models did not have the serial number in the traditional location, at the bottom, non-drive side of the seat tube. Some have cropped up with it towards the top of the seat tube. In particular, I recall a Targa 10 where it was partially obscured by the top of the seat tube decal.
