Cannondale headshock!

Ok I dont know what to call it but I have an offer to take this Cannondale with a broken shock inside the head unit, I guess pieces are very expensive I was just wondering has anybody messed with these and would it be possible to fab something else in its place, I can probably get the whole bike for a song.

havent messed with them, but yeah you can just replace the fork for a cheap fix, are these the cannondales with the single sided forks by chance ??

CCR- you are referring to a "lefty" which is different from a headshok- with a head-shock, there is a small shock built into the space between the crown and the bottom of the steertube.

Not sure about how modifiable they are though. I agree, you could probably switch the forks out easiest and cheapest

HEadshock are 1.5" headtube, you can get reducers to fit a 1 1/8 fork into the steertube.
