Sheldon Brown has a lot of good advice for doing this but I found his homemade jig didn’t hold the bosses tight enough. This is the third frame I have mounted bosses on. If anyone wants to mount cantilever bosses read the Sheldon Brown info first, then use a rig-a-ma-jig like mine. You don’t want anything to move when welding or brazing.
