Depending how bad it is I've tweeked them back and had pretty good luck with them. Just put the forks in the bench vise and slide a pipe over both fork legs and pull slowly till they look right. Then the frame I insert a long pipe in the headtube and tweek it right or left, or lay it over a block of wood (doesn't mar the frame) and gently stand on it. Also that CCM chain ring I have heard is worth some big bucks, seen one on American Pickers.

I could put trike end on it but the reason for it being this way is to be more nimble while carrying stuff. going through some traffic could also be a pain.

Thanks for the ideas on fixing the bent forks/frame. I plan on keeping the bike and finding the missing parts, anybody know what they look like? Seat, rear brakes, whole handle bar setup and stem, maybe chain guard?

I added pics of shifter and stuffs, is your bike like mine Unchained? if so do post pics of your brakes and stuff. as you can see from the pics the front look weird and seem to be correct, wonder what year this bike is.

What do they look like? I've got lots of handle bars and access to them just not stuff I like sometimes lol

I have a 1940 ladies CCM with that exact chainring. Your bike is the "newest" CCM I've ever seen with that ring on it. Here in the wilds of Canada I can get about 25-30 dollars for that ring, on the USA side where the chainring is more scarce I dare say you could double that or better.Your bike appears to be late 60s early 70s.

I don't think it's that new due to the look of some of the parts, i've seen CCM od that era, I am canadian and I work on them all the time, this one, nothings the same and it's got the same size weird rims as my 39 Raleigh sports. also the headbadge is the same as some of the 1937 CCM i've got, that gear system also leads me to think it's older. it's made for the frame, bike does have a few incorrect parts though, I got it because I wanted the gear system for another bike but I see i'd have to fab parts to fit it.

I did to, for the price I paid was,

Cranks, front/rear brakes, 2 tires, blue bike big apes, two more rare tires that where NOS and another crank, and other parts 10$ for all of it, And my vintage mountain bike was NOS before I screwed it this way lol it was a freebie too.

I suggest to all to try building a Long...thing for yourself, they are welding free and fast to build and go faster then trikes and carry more, i'll assist in teaching how too! shoot me a pm if ya wanna know more,
