I dropped into an all things vintage store in the neighbourhood this morning while running an errand and spotted a crusty seat pan at the back of a bunch of hipster cruisers and left with this CCM Rambler.
I've never run across a Rambler before and haven't had time to research it as I had to get across town to pick up the Corvette.
CCMs were generally manufactured locally in Toronto, but I've not seen the multi cog hub with coaster brake or top tube shifter.
Someone it appears added a caliper brake under the frame, but I think the coaster may still work as well.
Also not your typical CCM chain guard. Any info definitely appreciated. Serial #2074, I'll see what I can find too.
And wouldn't you know I gave away my new 28" tires with another CCM I sold recently to save space.
