thanks. i love these. i tend to look at them indivisually all the time, so having them grouped together is really good. i like all the customs and just the idea of so many riding together.

Nice vid,it's made by VCorps,a cruiserclub from Veenendaal (The Netherlands). They're a fun group to cruise with.
KTC is also a cool bunch of cruise-addicts,I like to cruise around with. Here's a vid with lots of bikes from all over the country, which show up randomly on our monthly bike-strolls.

There are some extraordinary bicycles ridden in The Netherlands these days!

There wasn’t anything like it when I lived in Europe back in the late 70’s. Of all the places I visited/lived in, Holland was my favorite along with my ancestral home land of Barçelona, Cataluña.

It would be great to have an American contingency represented in the FBI for 2012!!!

Peace to you all in The Netherlands!

Very cool, you guys are lucky to have groups like that, no kinda rides like that here in NC on the east coast, you need a yuppy attitude and a 5000 dollar road bike to have anyone to ride with around here, sucks. :(

that's almost how it is here. since i got my truck i've been able take my bike downtown and do the river walk though. not organised, but still a kind of casual atmosphere. the only organised casual ride i know about here is the mayors ride on labor day and memorial day. i did it for the first time this past labor day on my stretch cruiser, and except for a few electras and a couple of regular recumbents, it was all road and mountain bikes.

i donated a couple of stretch cruisers to a christian mission and my local community center this past christmas though. hoping i can get a seed planted and maybe some future ride will have more customs.

Yeah, I'd love to try to advertise for something like a critical mass here in RoRap, NC, but nobody would even know what it was. I wouldn't mind going somewhere for one, but it just wouldn't be the same as doing it in your own community.

Wow,I'm kinda surprised here. I allways thought that the custom/cruiser/stretcher/d.i.y.-bicycle-scene was huge in the U.S. 'Cause there's a few big bikeforums and lots of enthusiasts out there. Please don't tell me I'm wrong. I know,in Germany there are lots of clubs with a massive cruise-agenda, allthrough the year.
The only real big (international) event is the F.B.I. in Amsterdam, which lasts for a week. Hope to visit it this year.
Btw, an American dude (Rob from somewhere in Arkansas) took part in our last cruise of the season. So it was a bit international after all. This one 's from 2010.

Here, in the United States, the epicenters for the custom bicycle scene is Southern California – SoCal and San Francisco; when you travel there, you see the coolest cars, bicycles and motorcycles – they are without question, the places to see and be seen in for 8) ; the basis' of inspiration.
