we played a gig in some little bar last night and it was like a scene from the Spinal Tap flick. First the microphone started cuttin in and out and the sound guy had to "jiggle" a wire to keep it going. Then we start our next song and I see what I think is a fog machine kick on, and I'm thinkin "wow, they went all out". Turns out it was one of the channels in the mixer fryin and stinkin up the place! Get that takin care of and 20 seconds into the next tune I bust my low E string!!!!!! drummer and bass player start improvising and the singer joins in while I change the string in record time with a bar full of people cheering me on and finish in time to hit the last note in the improv/jam!!!Many beers later it seemed real funny...
