I'm trying to find some information on a frame I recently got and am going to start to build. I looked in the identification section and couldn't find much about the Coast to Coast bicycles. I know some other companies made bicycles that were re-badged for Coast to Coast. Maybe someone can help me. I'm really just trying to get a better idea about the age of the bike.

The head badge says, "Coast King", "Coast to Coast stores" and "American made" on it.
The bottom of the frame has these numbers on it "5904(1?)89". I'm not sure the character in parenthesis is a '1'. It looks more like a '1' than anything else.

Here is a picture of the frame.

Can anyone tell me what I've got here? I'd really like to have a better idea of the age of this bicycle.

Thanks, Jay

sprocket and fork look Ross to me. I know some were Huffy built as well
Yes, built by Chain Bike co., who sold bikes directly with the Ross badge, and others for various stores. Very late 50s-early 60s I'd say. Later on, Huffy made some Coast Kings.-Adam
