Got a long wheelbase '37 Colson frame!

It's the blue one. The rusty one is a standard '39 frame, note how much longer the LWB frame is!

I was lucky, the seller changed his mind, but I'd already sent an MO, and he was nice enough to go through w/the sale! (He's a Cabe member, not sure if he's here too) I'm just glad to get one of these! I was going to build the other frame until I saw the long version! I might sell it (the rusty one) , but may paint it and build it first. -Adam

why the longer frame - what's the reason for that? please tell all
The seat tube is a bit higher, and the longer wheelbase makes for a better ride, especially if the rider is 6'5" like me! I think this frame was the inspiration for Uncle Stretch's first stretched bike. -Adam
