So I picked this bike up from a junk dealer/collector and, after looking it over closely, I've decided to leave it as is and just give it a cool cleaning, shine up the chrome, lube it up and hand it over to my wife.

The serial number tells me it's a '65, and it looks to be very complete. She's very excited for me to get her bike all tuned up and rideable. As far as tires, I'm thinking I'll probably pick up another set of the Kenda whitewalls that I used on the Church Rat build.

Well, I finally got the right tires in...I misremembered the size when I ordered them the first time around. D'oh!

So, she's a rider now! Just need to adjust seat and bar height to my wife's liking, and reattach the basket. Took it for a cruise around the driveway, feels like it just came home from the store.

I have recvd. the same exact bike with the same Troxel seat . It has been repainted with no decals or head badge . Thank you for posting , now I have some direction if I decide to restore it ?

By the way love your aviator photo . Funny , this bike I am talking about , just came from a large church I used to attend before moving , 30 yrs ago . They are rebuilding and selling the old church . My mother was able to rescue this bike and two others and gave them to me .
GOD IS GOOD
