Its most likely a early 50s to mid 50s Columbia, has a lot of the same stuff as my 51 Columbia Five Star.

Sure, with another $80 for the time I put into boxing it up.

Can't sell it just yet, I borrowed the wheels for my build off bike. When I get my wheels built I'll see about selling.

You don't have to part it out to get a general idea of the value , just ad up the parts , thats what I base my price range on some times when comin up with a price .
But that's just me , Number 1 Seller , Buyer, Trader.....

According to this link it makes it a 1948.
