Here is a cool frame parts supply site. I was looking for pre-made head tubes. I didn't find any yet, but there is a lot of cool stuff here.

as far as i am aware, the headtube is just a tube like any other in the frame. the first two pics i found on a google search reinforce this belief

That's what I have used in the past, but I would like to find something with a little shape to it. A slight taper to the center.

that is what a lathe is made for, make one, copying Electra?

I just have an idea in my head, and I don't have access to a lathe.

I could use maybe 30, and I would want them to all be the same.

they have a nice headtube with integreated bearings...its 1 1/8''
