Both of them should clean up really well, especially that Playbike....it looks mint under that dust.

I will NEVER NEVER understand why anyone in their right mind would even consider taking a couple of vintage bikes like this to the dump...for pete's sake!!

Be careful with those decals too...they can wash right away with just a little water on them...especially if they are dried out at all.

If you just sprayed the Playbike off and wiped it down it would look like new again.

Gotta love the way the 70s BMX knobbies made it on there.

The playbike is nice... but definitely "enjoyed" by two generations. The seat tube decal is a tad crusty and has flaked some. The chrome is freckled but not pitted. It should clean up well.

I took a hair dryer to the vinyl stickers on the jag tank and they came off very easily. Now if you'll excuse me the bronze wool, nevr-dull and I have some work to do.

P.S. anybody have a hint on what direction I should point my visa for some period style 20 inch rubber for the Columbia?
