Nope. just some lady selling it. she said "the back wheel is sticking".. she thinks it is the spokes.. I had to hold back a laugh. I may just give her $10 xtra bucks because I know its such a deal

now that is a sweet rike!!! i wouldn't change much about it and love the rear tires and general layout of it. hmmm... that would make a cool commuter... at least for me. sweet find.
