Couple sweet old ladies from Haysville

A buddy a work brought these in for me tonight. He has had them hanging in his garage for 20+ years and before that they had been hanging in one of his friend's garage for years. The first is a Monark (I think) based on the deep fenders. The second is a ??? Anybody help?

The Monark had the rivets from the s/n tag on the BB but the tag was gone. The other bike had 7711 on the BB and B168823 on the left drop out. Any help on ID or year?
