Tanks aren't too hard to find for these. I have a frame/tank that I turned into a military bike. Mine has plenty of room in the rear for a 3" tire.

Cool curved fender braces! My wife has a Roadmaster with the same style braces & a shockmaster fork to boot. Rides like a dream.

Awesome find!!! That is a SWEET ride! Wow... that guy clearly doesn't know bicycles huh? The skip-tooth cank and curved fender struts gives away the decade and the ribbed chainguard is definately Westfield/Columbia/CWC.
