Craigslist skiptooth and 28" bike

i traded 3 lamps i got for free for the first bike
looks to be a western flyer or roadmaster. wheels dont match unfortunately

when i showed up he gave me the red bike saying he didnt have time for it. the dude made these crazy 3 wheelers with car tires
anyone have any info on it because i have no clue

That CCM is canadian, what condition is rims in? if you do happen to part out or something I'd be interested in a rim if it's in fair condition
