picked this up a few days ago. pretty rough, but i just got it for the wheelset. i wonder what i'll find under the blue paint? may have to paint the wheelset, but they are straight.does have a cool folding basket.

The cool thing about these is the Nexus 7 wheelset. I have never seen them laced to anodized wheels before though. I believe these are from the late 90s early 2000s.

I'd personally add some blue pinstripe where the red is on the frame, some Bmx bars, and call it a klunker.

, but that is blue PAINT, not anodize on wheels. i thought the same thing when i saw the craigslist ad. i'm thinking the wheels were originally painted white on these bikes, so will try oven cleaner trick first, then repaint if necessary. had'nt thought about the rest of the bike, i've already got a few schwinn frames to build...
