Cruiser Trike

My ongoing trike project. Started as a 93' Murray Westport cruiser and the rear section of a 24" Open road Trike.

Sorry for the plain pictures, but I finally got them up and for all you guys to see.
Had to use the gray rear tires because they are the only ones in this oddball 24x1 3/8th size that would work. Think they are made for a wheelchair. wish I could paint them black, but just don't know the best way of going about it.

She's a beast all right. I have yet to do the welding to mate the two sections permanetly, but I got plenty of clamps and bolts holding them together. Had to replace the rear hub/brake a few months ago, and found one on-line. Came with a Shimano 3SC trike hub with coaster when I got it, but 1st was blown out and 2nd on its way, so I just replaced it with a single speed trike hub I got on-line. Sometimes with its low gearing, I miss the extra gears. :roll:
