Its a teens or 20s ladies seat and the asking price was a little high unless it is a correct seat that you need to finish a build. Saw that one last week hiding under a vendors table at the antique shop ;):D

Hah, I felt it was a bit high myself. Good eye, Brian! Im glad we share a few stomping grounds. I really like the size and shape of it, as well as the length of the springs and the Lock on it, but still, at that price I could have another bike, hah~

Thanks for the input mate., I'll ask you with anything else from there. [Did you see the Wooden rim in the back top floor corner? where the guy with the train lights and signs is.. It too is more than a little high, but really neat.]
