This is my second build off and the second time the weather has screwed me for taking pics.
The bike is named after Cyrus Grissom who was the bad guy in the movie Con Air. It started out as two girl's Schwinn Varsities and a girls Rollfast, along with some various tubing, plate, and sheet metal.
I wanted fat rear tires, I found some hubs and rims for a Jr. Dragster and mounted some lawn tractor tires on them. Then a 20" 1.40 tire on a billet wheel completed the wheel tire combo. A 30" triple tree fork, some motorcyle handle bars and risers were used on the front. It has disc brakes all the way around, the front using a locking lever for a parking brake, and a dual lever for the rear.
The tank is sheetmetal (and my first attempt at making a tank), the fenders are trailer fenders that have been widened and reshaped along with 3/8 tube mounting brackets. The seat has been lengthened 5", and upholtered in a snakeskin pattered vinyl be my friend Kyle (Thanks Bud!!!!)
Paint is HOK Limetime pearl base, Didspade silver micro flake, Kustom Shop Lime candy, and Tampco clear. The graphics are a white base true fire overlayed in candy colors, Blue Veriegated gold leaf, with more Lime candy, and Lime pinstriping finishes it off.
