I have to point out that I really dont have a specific vision in mind for this one, just trying to assemble a few loose ideas. I've been wanting a daily bike to run errands around town but still take on some of the local trails (now that I live in a place that acctually has trails). To start with I picked up three bikes full of parts, a Next MTB, a Murray built Sears road bike, and a Murray built Sears cruiser.
The frame for this build is coming from the cruiser, so naturally it got the first round of attention, Removed the fenders and tweaked a few things. Unfortunately that is about all I can do until the shops open again on tuesday. To really get a feel for this frame I took it out for a ride. There is a trail not too far away so a Photo op was a natural choice. I must say it rides Great! I cant wait to get to the more extreme ideas I've got. Stay tuned for more in the near future!
