just rebuilt mine today. its actually very simple just keep everything together in the order you took it apart.

I might just coat it in a satin clear to seal it and make it easier to clean. The build I am doing now is more industrial than anything anyways.

Wow. That looks great! I had removed the paint from mine and the plan has been to repaint it black to match the rest of my drive but that looks spectacular. Perhaps there will need to be a "Show Me Your" Dana thread? I know there are a few of us that have them.
