I recently picked up a Dayton Huffman I took it to Memory Lane and they told me it was a prewar now comes the hard part locating parts godd enough to restore without having to restore the parts themselves. if anyone has any parts or leads to parts, it would help alot. the parts I will need is a tank, rack, original wheels/rims, h-bars, seat, rear rack chainguard. I would liketo restore to original. If anyone has books other than that black and white one on ebay. the cover is color and everything else is black and white. not worth the 35.00 it lists at. I checked it out at Memory Lane. Let me know what you have.

pictures are needed or check nostalgic.net until you find your bike(still like to see pictures either way though)

If you just have a frame and are going to restore it using nice parts, you will find its expensive way to do it. You would probably come out cheaper to find a complete bike and paint it like an original. I would imagine with all the members here , you could find the bike your looking for. Might try the wanted section.
