Where can I buy a glass replacement lens for this? The ones on Ebay look like a rip off. Is there a site selling repops? I've been using a dog toy and a take out container for the lens, it's time to upgrade. Ideally a curved glass lens, 3 inches wide. If anyone wants to sell one or knows where to get one let me know, thnx.

The original lenses for the softball headlights were not glass, they were thin plastic, so the repops are actually correct in that respect.

Clear plastic can be brought back to new condition. Simply wet sand, then polish with something like Mother's chrome polish and finish off with a dip in Future floor wax. I did this on my Highlander's headlight and it's still looks great after 8 months.

Might shoot Galtbacken a pm. He made a lense on a build by heating some plexiglas and pushing a little smaller piece of wood I think through a bigger piece of wood ...both circles. I'm sure he would clue you into the process.

Thanks, Uncle Stretchsky. I found a piece of Plexiglas and fabricated the lens myself. As for the process, simply turn your oven to 300 degrees and heat up the the plexi for ten minutes or until soft then work a baseball over it till you get a nice curve. Actually cutting or sawing the Plexi is a lot more difficult. I used a soldering iron and basically carved out the circle. Still need to update the yellow dog toy thing.
