Delta Winner headlight value?

So I picked a large group of bikes and parts ( viewtopic.php?f=16&t=38910 ) and there's a decent collection of cool old headlights. I know the value of the Rocket Rays, but I have a few Winners which I haven't seen before. It's similar to the torpedo light but beefier with more of a rectangular shape. Anyone know the ballpark value on these?

There's a prewar version, which is getting rare, it has no embossing on the top.
There's also the post war version with the 'Delta' and 'WINNER' embossed.
I buy them when I can get them for $10 on Ebay, but I often see them go for $30-$40.
(I don't really see the pre war ones come up for sale at all.)

What is a fair price for a Rocket Ray? I'm looking for one to put on a bike I'm building up for my mother, although I'm kind of undecided between that and a Delta Wasp...
