Picked this up from one of the local bike guys the other day he gave me the original wood rims that went with it but they're pretty much shot the badge says Deluxe Flyer and is 3d. I'm still deciding wether I'm going to run the 26 black out drop center's I have on it now or get some coaster 700c's for it. Any clues on who made it and the year

The badge looks like it has enameled colors. That's one of the nicest badges I've ever seen. I bet you could get over $100 for that badge. I'd use extreme caution when removing it. Bending the badge even slightly may crack the colored enamel. Gary

Thanks guys, I love the going fast look of it. The headbadge is enameled and will stay with the bike though that is almost as much as I paid for the bike
Randy yeah you can get 700c coasters on eBay for around 120 on up even get them with new coaster kickbacks their like 175 though

Check with http://www.junkyrustybikes.net for your wheels. They have 700c coasters and decent prices.

I had no idea there was a demand for 700cc coaster brake wheels. Who's buying these?
Warning though. I see that the single speed are Hi-Stop hubs. I've had nothing but bad experience with these hubs.
I'll probably end up leaving these wheels on it the more I think about it I like the new departure hubs much better and plus they have the right patina to them to make them match and best of all I already have them so I don't have to spend almost as much for the wheels as I have in the frame

I had a motorbike frame before but it was too far gone so I got rid of it and then 3 others just to get this one but I love the style of it the headbadge is what really caught my eyes well that and the original paint

Oh man that is cool! Velocity makes a 700c rim that look like a old 28" with a cool looking wood grain that wood look so cool on that bike!
I looked at them now I think I'm going to have to save my money to get those trying to decide if I want to lace up my shimano nexus 8 speed for this bike or not I've been waiting to put it on something
