Falstaff's comment about the number plate is due in part when he and the missus stopped by my place on their North American tour. I told them the number plates are made from dish strainers. I get a few parts from the Lowe's plumbing aisle.

Great. The seller's agent screwed up some paperwork which could jeopardize the sale. We shall see though. It was supposed to close next week on Tuesday.
