DUBUQUE rat Rodders??? Help!

any dubuque area rodders out there? i'm trying to buy a bike from a guy up there. one problem- i'm in colorado.....it's a complete prewar schwinn (covered in black paint). i really only want the frame/fork/stem and would gladly trade the other parts for someone to pick up the bike and either box it or drop it off at a bike shop so i can have ups pick it up for shipping.

its a couple hours from me but in this below zero temps it seems like a million miles from me
I dont know anyone on this forum that lives near there.
Fastback Maniac would be closer I think but he is quite aways away also
