Does anyone know this kid, I sent him payment for a bike on march 22nd and have not received anything back,
have been given reasons and different dates item would be shipped, even promised extra's for my wait.
so if anyone has any contact info I can use. I have called the local city hall where he lives and was told his family moved
I hate to think I am gonna have to drive 16 hours to get my money back. :(

I know this was posted up once before, and after that I got a PM stating it would be shipped but no follow up
and no bike 11 days after I was told it would be shipped.

I sent a PM asking for the status of shipping and he does not log on any more does anyone
have an email address for this kid so I can ask for my money back

he has another bike for sale, and the bike he sold me is in the back ground of the pics. at this point I would just
like my 265 bucks back... would have like to have the bike.. but now I just want my money back... and its
gonna end up costing me 300 bucks in fuel to get my money back .. but maybe I will find some nice bikes on the way
home..

nobody knows this kid ...??? he is about to be banned from the site... last time we post a question he logged on
and spoke up ...

It sucks you lost your cash but spending $300 to get $265 doesn't make sense your just loosing more money and you have no promise to get your $265 back when you get there so you might be $565 in the hole. Have you tried asking paypal?? if you explain the situation im sure they have his email.

I'd hate to think someone would travel that far only to be told "He's not here", or "I don't have your money"....you get the idea. I know me, and if I took a road trip like that and got shot down, I might try to beat it out of him. Last thing I need is to get locked up a long way from home.

Actually, I don't need to get locked up "in my own back yard" either!

Think this one through...

I dont use pay pal .. got messed over on a deal for 800 bucks with them....
had all the docs and could prove guy signed for package... I sent a money order.. waiting for
post office to send a copy ... will file a report.. I will make an event out of it.. buy some bikes on my way
there and come back another route .. buy some more... I dont plan on getting into trouble .. I am
a stable person for the most part.. its the second time I got ripped off for money ... and right after I
got ripped off for cash .. another guy sent me a bike that was not as claimed.. then pissed and moaned cause
i left him bad feedback... to the point that I pulled the feed back so he would not bother me anymore...

I have too much free time.. so I will make the drive... see some country .. buy some bikes...
but hell or high water.. money or bike will be mine..

Dumpster diver, you messed with the wrong guy this time. Either give him his money or send him his bike, but this guy is serious and you will have to respond face to face.

Henry, if you have some sort of documentation call the cops while you are at his front door, he is stealing from you. Also, print the intro pic he has posted here before he takes it down.

Ha Ha...yeah...Henry ain't joking...he will drive across country at the drop of a hat.

I've emailed John and he hasn't responded. The unfortunate thing is that this qualifies as Internet fraud so I'm assuming as a college student, that's not something you want to deal with.

I still think something must be going on with him personally because this hasn't been his style in the past. Regardless of the situation....unless he died, is laid up in the hospital or something else catastrophic happened, returning an email doesn't seem like too much to ask at this point.

Apparently he didn't have any trouble cashing the money order right away.

If you happen to pass through Indiana swing by and check out my stash. I'll make sure you leave with something. I need to clear out my shed a bit.

So after I send a msg to his email asking for my money back. I get told to calm down and that he is packing bike up he is really bad about shipping, I have been told 3 times already it's been shipped. I am gonna ask rat rod to remove him from the site at this point

I would only want my money back at this point. Could you imagine the packaging job he will do now that he is upset that things didn't go well for him.

He is probably looking for a new place to move and is just buying time to get out of his place before you get there and call the cops.
