That frame style puts it at '77-'80. Do you think the wheels are original? Do you think it was originally a blue bike? FYI the '79 Scrambler Phantom came in blue with black mags.... but it's obvious that your bike has been resprayed, and that there's not a lot of original stuff on it....
It was originally metallic blue. I think the wheels are original.
Absent a serial number, my best guess is Phantom Mag Scrambler, 1979...
