i would probably do a few mods to this to get it more to my liking.
looks like about $40 in materials to to it.
that beats $150+ for the real deal.

I like that cheap stand idea. I was thinking of threading a piece of gas pipe through an old car wheel and attaching it with flanges or something similar. The drawback that I see is that you can pretty much just hold the bike in one position. Is there a way to be able to clamp it rather rather than jut hang it? A way to rotate it?

maybe make an adapter of some kind r buy an adapter? That's the only problem i see with that stand
