If I remember right, you live in So Cal. You're worried about 'mud clearance' ?

50 mm would the equivalent of 2.0 width. I think you might be surprised, remember, the rim width will affect the 'shape' of the tire profile.

I was worried about mud clearance for you, not me. 😉

The clearance problem was between the chainstays. They narrow up pretty quickly when wheel diameter is increased. My 2.35 tire is on a rim with a 30mm internal width, BTW.

There are a lot of good tire options in 650b for sub 2.3 sizes. I've actually been looking and stepping back my 2.35 tires on the monster truck for something lighter and smoother rolling
I have 50mm Gravelkings on the 650B wheels on my Typhoon, and they're great for fire roads and hard pack.

Basic reassembly is done. Now it's all the finishing touches.

Wow, that really shows off the frame and forks well!!!

That bike is so square. What's the matter, ran out of round tubing?;)

In all seriousness though, that bike looks wicked! I love the square tubing, the fat tires, the paint! Edgelord looks downright mean! You did a great job, not just on the bike, but also just playing your character in the comments. It was fun reading through your build thread. Love it!

WOW again. What a terrific bike. This would be a hit at our local BMX/lowrider/custom bicycle rides. Very good visuals on this bike. I like that you turned your square tubing 90 degrees then bent and welded everything together. That upped the difficulty a bit. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for the compliments, but I feel that I must point out that this is a production frame made by AV Custom Bikes in Poland. 😁

Just a run of the mill production bike. :D :D :D
Yeah right!!! You rocked this one man!!!
You built out this frame like no one else ever has.
