Jealous, Brian? haha!
Nice one, Tom!
The cool story is that it was found in a muddy sheep pasture at the base of the Berkshires in NY state. The rest of the story would be that it came there with 17 other bikes in a U-Haul from Massachusetts to be sold at a swap meet and auction attended by people from all over the country. Its all about the details when it comes to story tellin'!And HOW did you find it?
The bike (and Tom) spent 12 hours and 3 states with me yesterday so I can meh if I want.
Any idea of year? I found a similar one (1923) on line
does not have the cool tank and awesome ornament.
Writeup for the 1923 model says the original down to the (although petrified) factory “Justice Auto Bike” whitewall tires on wood rims.
Does yours have wood rims also?
