I actually have a few ideas in my head.
1. Put some creme tires on it, a seat & ride it
2. Paint it bright red, red rims & white tires
3. SELL IT

I have the same frame, except without the truss rods...mine looked pretty much like that when I got it, I say just clean it up and ride it, thats what I did

let me know if you have any trouble getting the stem off..I have
