ever heard of a single brake pad?? need advice...

hey i acquired a cheap coaster bike frame... turns out its really cheap i finally got tires and tubes on the wheels... only to find the brakes didnt work hardly at all... well i took it all apart hoping to be able to repair it but i dont think i can... it only had one brake pad, the clutch ass. inside washer is curled up on itself(is it supposed to be?)... im stuck im really new to all this. can i buy single brake pads from somewhere??? i checked ebay to no prevail... im thinking about just scrapping the whole wheel... any advice???

by the way i couldnt tell which way the brake pad came out... does it look like the right direction in the pic???

I think you should have atleast 2 os the brake pads, and this little piece, the one there not pointing at. You might just get a new one, there cheap. dime a dozen...

I know "Stempelbremsen" (I guess you might know it as stamp brakes).
They work directly on the tube, just like a stamp pressed on the tube from above.

Here is everything you need probably. Is this a KT Coaster brake E type. Same as the Shimano also(I think).
