I'm a little late in finding this site but....
Here is where I'm at on my build. I'm basically at the point of build up before paint to make sure everything works together. Chain guard and cut shorty fenders will be added soon and a couple of other ideas I'm working on. So far I've replaced and repacked the headset, used a stem conversion so I could run an 1 1/8" threadless stem, BB conversion for 3-piece crank, new bars and grips. Seat and pedals are from another bike project of mine. These probably wont make the final cut. I'm throwing around a couple ideas for paint. I just haven't decided yet. Anyway here is where I'm at today.
Also, I have no idea what kind of bike this is. My best guess is a 70's AMF or something similar. That is not the original fork. If anybody recognizes what it is please let me know. Thanks.
